We operate an 'open door' policy in school.  Should you have any concerns or queries, please come in and talk to us.

In the first instance, please contact your child's class teacher.  Although they will not be available first thing (the children arrive between 8:30 and 8:40am), if it is an urgent matter, they will be happy to call you at break or lunchtime.  They are usually available at the end of the school day too.

If the class teacher is unavailable or unable to help you, please contact the Phase Leader.  (For children in Classes 1-4, this is Mrs Peters and for children in Classes 5P to 6W, this is Mrs Wallis.)

If they are unable to help you resolve the issue, then please make an appointment to see Mrs Stonier.

You can also contact staff via email using the School Office address - office@heighingtonprimary.org.uk marking for the attention of the staff member.  If you feel that the information in your correspondence is confidential, please attach it as a Word document and mark Private and Confidential.  The admin team will not open an attachment.

The website is regularly updated and you can find most school information here and links to our Twitter feed and Facebook Page.

We look forward to hearing from you.
